RAY Network Meeting

23-25 September, 2025, Copenhagen

The RAY Network Meeting 2025 took place from 23-25 September 2025 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The meeting was organised by the RAY Network Coordination (at the Finnish National Agency for Education, EDUFI) and the host, Danish Agency for Higher Education and Science. The RAY Network Meeting was an offical event under the Danish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.

The RAY Network Meeting is an internal meeting that brings all RAY Network Partners together: currently 36 National Agencies of the European Youth Programmes (Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps) and their research partners.

The aims of the meeting were: connecting the RAY partners and having a joint space for exchange, including on national realities; celebrating RAY, the network, our achievements and our future; updates from the RAY Network Coordination, including bringing everyone on the same page regarding RAY internal processes, shared spaces and planned outlook; exchanging on communication, dissemination and advocacy endeavors for different target groups on both national and transnational levels.

The programme of the meeting included: Exploring and discussing the latest developments for RAY business- & governance-related operational and strategic aspects, concluding the evolving-the-network-process, updates from the RAY Network Coordination; RAY research status quo; Workshops and common sense-making of newest thematic research findings; Exchanging on communication, dissemination and advocacy endeavors for different target groups on both national and transnational levels and tips and tricks on how to use and summarise data, good practices from partners; Input on the next programme generation from the European Commission and discussion; Future outlook for RAY research and coordination; Open space for connecting the partners and having joint space for exchange and sharing of good practices; and Panel discussion ‘The Future of Research in and with the RAY Network’.

Before the Network Meeting, a RAY Researchers Meeting for all RAY research partners and a RAY NA Newcomer Session for new colleagues from national agencies also took place.
