RAY Network Meeting
8-10 June, 2026, Larnaca
RAY Network Meeting 2026 took place from 8-10 June 2026 in Larnaca, Cyprus. The meeting was organised by the RAY Network Coordination (at the Finnish National Agency for Education, EDUFI) and the host, Foundation for the Management of European Lifelong Learning Programmes, National Agency Cyprus. The meeting was held within the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The RAY Network Meeting brings all RAY Network Partners together: currently 36 National Agencies of the European Youth Programmes (Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps) and their research partners.
The programme included:
- Exchanging and reflecting on key findings and insights from the newest RAY Monitoring surveys, from national and transnational perspectives
- Discussing data on horizontal themes and thematic priorities of the programmes, and connected to that, the current state of play of RAY thematic research projects
- Exploring and discussing the latest developments for RAY business- & governance-related operational and strategic aspects
- Exploring and discussing updates from the ‘Future of RAY’ process, including possible scenarios for RAY’s structure in the new programme generation
- Brainstorming on future research topics and themes for RAY post-2027 through a participatory panel experiment
- Input from the European Commission on the next programme generation and EU Youth Strategy process
- Exchanging on communication, dissemination and advocacy endeavors for different target groups on both national and transnational levels
- Connecting the RAY partners and having a joint space for exchange
- Celebrating our network and our work
Before the Network Meeting, a Thematic Researchers Meeting for all RAY research partners and a RAY NA Newcomer Session for new colleagues from national agencies also took place.
