RAY Network Meeting

18-20 September, 2024, Vilnius

The RAY Network Meeting 2024 will take place from 18-20 September 2024 in Vilnius, Lithuania. The meeting is organised by the RAY Network Coordination (at the Finnish National Agency for Education, EDUFI) and the host, Agency of Youth Affairs – Lithuanian National Agency. The RAY Network Meeting is an internal meeting that brings all RAY Network Partners together: currently 36 National Agencies of the European Youth Programmes (Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps) and their research partners.

The aims of the meeting are: discussing and exchanging on RAY Monitoring surveys and RAY thematic research projects; reflecting on RAY research and its role for the ongoing/future programme generations as well as wider structural and societal issues and strategic conclusions; time to look ahead for RAY research: reflecting on and discussing current processes & taking decisions on upcoming RAY research activities; latest developments for RAY business & time to look ahead for RAY business as well as reflecting on our cooperation and our network; connecting the RAY partners and having a joint space for exchange; and last but not least – celebrating our network and our work.

Before the Network Meeting we will also organise a RAY Researchers Meeting for all RAY research partners and a RAY NA Newcomer Session for new colleagues from national agencies.

The RAY Network Meeting is an internal event of the RAY Network, but we will host a panel discussion, which will be live-streamed. More information HERE.
